Core Technological Advantages
Nanosecond Pulse Process: For blade film apertures, the high-frequency power supply is specially optimized to achieve ultra-high frequency nanosecond pulse output, significantly improving various process indicators of the finished holes.
Precision Control System: Utilizing a split-type sliding ram structure and an AC servo system, equipped with a self-developed multi-axis CNC system, it supports fully automated machining of parts with various hole diameters.
Multi-Axis Linkage Functions:
C-axis (Main Worktable): Precision rotation and indexing are achieved by the CNC system;
Y-axis: Drives forward and backward movement;
Sliding Ram X-axis: Links the B-axis yaw and servo S-axis electrodes to achieve high-speed drilling, precise positioning, rapid displacement, and automatic sorting, among other functions.
Safety and Appearance Design
Protection and Reliability: The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed waterproof and dustproof design, ensuring safety and environmental protection. The electrical control system and machine tool are integrated, ensuring stability and reliability through simplified connections. Except for the incoming line, all cables are concealed with no exposed parts.
Interactive Terminal: Equipped with a ruggedized stainless steel keyboard and control panel, it is aesthetically pleasing, durable, and adaptable to harsh processing environments.
Ergonomic Optimization: The main unit's turntable design fully considers human-machine interface, providing operators with a full-range field of vision when aligning large workpieces, eliminating the need for auxiliary climbing operations and effectively reducing safety risks.
