This equipment is used for electrical discharge drilling on three-dimensional surfaces. It can process various conductive metal materials such as mold steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys, and cemented carbide. It is suitable for processing blind holes or through holes with small deep holes on planar, irregular, and spherical surfaces, with a hole diameter range of φ0.2-φ6.0mm. A special optimization design has been implemented in the high-frequency power supply section for the blade film drilling holes, achieving ultra-high frequency nanosecond pulse output, significantly improving the process indicators of the finished holes. The machine tool adopts a split sliding ram structure, an AC servo system, and a self-developed multi-axis CNC system, enabling automatic processing of parts with various hole diameters. The main machine's worktable (C-axis) is rotated and indexed by the CNC system, while the Y-axis drives forward and backward movement; the sliding ram-type X-axis drives the B-axis yaw, and the servo S-axis electrode enables high-speed drilling, precise positioning, rapid displacement, automatic sorting, and other functions. The machine tool features a fully enclosed design, making it waterproof, dustproof, safe, and environmentally friendly. Its integrated electrical control system uses minimal connectors to achieve stable and reliable operation; all cables, except for the incoming line, are concealed. The three-proof stainless steel keyboard and control panel are aesthetically pleasing and durable. The ergonomically designed main unit rotary table allows operators to align large workpieces and conduct comprehensive observation without requiring assistance from climbing, thus reducing unnecessary safety risks.
